Job content
You are independently responsible for a wide range of mandates in trading (securities, derivatives, commodities, FX, crypto currencies, etc.), as well as capital markets and financial market infrastructures. You process complex licensing procedures before FINMA and other overseas regulatory authorities of banks, securities dealers, financial market infrastructures and other regulated capital market participants.
You are responsible for M & A transactions in the trading and capital markets sector, drafting legal documents and drafting memoranda on various financial market law topics in Swiss and foreign law.
You are on the cutting edge of the latest developments in the financial market and become part of a team that is one of the leading in Switzerland in the field of trading and capital market regulation.
You work in a young team of specialized lawyers, lawyers and economists and work closely and interdisciplinary with the other PwC service lines at home and abroad.
You will be encouraged in your development and enjoy from the beginning a lot of freedom and responsibility.
You help to expand the team and take on a role model function towards younger team members.

Requirements
Requirements
You have a degree in law with good qualifications and preferably the Swiss Bar and other additional qualifications such as LL.M., MBA, Dr., etc. acquired in Germany or abroad.
You have several years of solid experience in the trading, banking or capital markets field that you have acquired in the law firm, at a bank or at a commodities trader.
You are ambitious, resilient, passionate about performance and enjoy legal and economic issues in the trading and capital markets sector.
You are a team player, persistent, innovative and enjoy professional challenges.
You are business- and service-oriented, have a safe and good demeanor and easily make new contacts and relationships.
You are open to undergoing a secondment with a client for a limited period of time.
You have excellent German and English knowledge in spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage.
