Job content
You work as a global and networked lawyer / solicitor in the Banking and FinTech team at Legal Switzerland.
You are independently responsible for a wide range of FinTech, RegTech, Cryptocurrencies and ICO mandates and represent financial market participants in complex licensing procedures before FINMA and overseas regulators.
You analyze legal structures, identify interdisciplinary legal relationships and design treaties and other documents in the context of FinTech-relevant business transactions.
You are responsible for M & A transactions from the legal side in the financial market area.
You write technical papers and publications on legal topics.
You are on the cutting edge of the latest developments in the financial market and become part of a team that is among the leading in Switzerland in the field of FinTech and Banking Legal.
You work in a young team of specialized lawyers, lawyers and economists and work closely and interdisciplinary with the others .

Requirements
You have a law degree with very good qualifications (both at level BLaw and MLaw) from a Swiss university. In addition, you have acquired the Swiss Bar.
You may also ideally have a doctoral degree in law (Dr.iur.) And / or a postgraduate degree (LL.M. or M.B.A.) from an international university.
You have several years of solid experience in Swiss, European and international financial market law, which you have acquired preferably from a leading Swiss law firm or from a financial institution.
You are a legally solid all-rounder and you already have experience in banking, fintech, cryptocurrencies or ICO, but you also have a technical and economic understanding in this area.
Ideally, you have already published some jurisprudential publications in the field of business law.
