Lawyer

We are looking for a dynamic, efficient and diligent Lawyer with experience to join a team that provides regulatory, corporate, accounting and tax services to a wide range of international clients.

What are you expected to bring?

Law degree with experience in financial services law, particularly capital markets, corporate governance and compliance.
Willingness to play an active role in accessibility to finance particularly on alternative capital markets including Prospects and other MTFs as well as via crowdfunding and ICOs.
Strong client facing skills, and a willingness to gain up-to-date industry and legal knowledge
Experience in the preparation and delivery of internal and external training,
An enthusiasm to learn how to utilise market knowledge and technical expertise
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong command of both written and oral Maltese and English
A hands-on leadership approach
