Key Account Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Establish contact, develop and build relationships with decision makers & influencers within key accounts from targeted verticals
-Handhold key accounts as they go through product and technology transitions in their business
-Build industry knowledge of the managed verticals of customers
-Create value to the key account by understanding their business strategies, and determine the system most beneficial to them
-Engage and manage a defined set of specialized System Integrators, with various core competencies, pre-qualified to fulfill the requirements of the key accounts
-Define and understand qualifications of each SI to determine “best-fit” partnership for fulfillment of customer needs
-Create value to SI by introducing new customers, or new opportunities from existing customers
-Support SI in pre-sales, demo and POC requirements of customers

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

-Graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or any equivalent course.
-Has at least two (5) years of experience in sales and account management
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
-Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent in listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
-Has a good interpersonal skill.
-Confident and persuasive.
