You help with the acquisition of new customers and support team leadership in business development.
You work with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts in a variety of fields (such as corporate finance, transaction services or tax).
You work both individually and in a team in a dynamic international environment.

You have a law degree with good qualifications and are admitted as a lawyer in Switzerland.
Ideally, you have already worked for 2 years as a lawyer in the field of business law and have a keen interest in developing your expertise in the field of M & A / corporate law.
You are stylish in English (Proficiency Level) and German.
You have analytical thinking, a structured approach and good negotiating skills.
You see yourself as a consultant, have a team-oriented attitude and take responsibility for your projects.
