Junior CRM Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, positive minded individual to join our CRM team in a junior role. We have a multi brand strategy with 5 different casinos, all of which are separate entities; so, it is vital that the candidate can deal with multiple marketing strategies and has a solid grasp of the differences between our main target markets.
This role would suite someone looking for more responsibilities or even career change within the Igaming industry

Key responsibilities:
• Exporting data from CRM systems
• Monitor performance of and maintain existing CRM campaigns
• Analyse campaign metrics and produce reports
• Undertake individual tasks within the CRM team as assigned
• Help create, plan and execute CRM campaigns based on segmentation
• Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by management.
• Work closely with the marketing department
• Assist the CRM Executive to improve player loyalty and Customer Lifetime Value whilst
decreasing churn through targeted customer promotions.
• Configure and test all automated and manual campaigns.
• Understand the customer journey players undertake in the different CRM cycle
• Ensure all CRM cycles are executed in a timely manner.
• Build on and improve existing player segmentation with the CRM Executive.
• Configure and test all automated and manual campaigns.

Requirements

Candidates skills and experience:
• 1 years’ experience in the I-gaming industry is required.
• A passion for the iGaming industry, particularly casino.
• Numerically minded when structuring, monitoring and analysing CRM campaign performance
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suit, including word, excel, power point and outlook is an
advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills, with a passion and drive to work in a small
but efficient and highly successful team
• A solid grasp of marketing.
• Highly motivated to achieve goals and strive for excellence
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Organised and able to keep focus and structure.
• English speaking with a second language would be considered a positive
