Junior B2B Technical Adviser (Dutch)

The Company.

Our client is Europe’s leading independent provider of IT Support services. They operate Infrastructure Operations Centers and Group Service Desks across Europe, South Africa, Asia an America and offer support in more than 30 languages. For their office in the center of Barcelona, they are looking for new employees to reinforce their team.

The Job.

After receiving an intensive on boarding training you will hold various responsibilities:
– Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environment (B2B)
– Providing service to the clients via phone, email and web
– Handling incoming requests and solving them
– Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations

The Profile.

– You have a fluent level of Dutch/Flemish and English (written/spoken)
– You have excellent communication skills
– Previous experience in a customer service related position is a plus but not obligatory
– You are friendly, motivated and open-minded
– You are customer and service orientated
– You have the ability to adapt quickly and have the willingness to learn
– You are professional, reliable and punctual
– You are looking for a stable and long term opportunity in Barcelona
– You are a team player and willing to work in a multicultural environment

The Offer.

– Full-time (39h/week) and Part-Time options sometimes possible (30h/week)
– Salary full-time: 18.300 € gross/year + free Spanish and English classes offered + restaurant tickets (after 3 months) + private health insurance (after 6 months) + discount in sport clubs
– Rotation shifts from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 7 pm
