Joint-Ventures Relations Manager

Job Description

You will

1. Communicating with and setting up cross-promotional marketing between us and other companies/offer-owners; you will be growing these relationships professionally and personally
2. Aggressively building out a rolodex of successful mentors and deepening relationships with them daily, by offering them massive value, in order to document useful information on how to succeed in different niches
3. Constantly networking new jv relationships with publishers, websites and email list owners; deepening bonds with them personally to help our Sales Ops and 4. Marketing Ops increase our sales
4. Documenting your procedures carefully to work closely with all other departments
5. Attending physical meetup events and conferences; planning offline events and hosting parties for jv partners and other interesting people

Requirements

What we are looking for in candidates

1. Superb written and high articulation skills
2. Fluent spoken English is a must
3. Genuine personality that loves offering value and resources to people; can be extremely outgoing when needed
4. Must be skilled at attracting, developing rapport and deepening authentic personal bonds
5. Able to creatively offer value to JVs on the personal and professional levels, even when little direct value can be offered
6. Tenaciously willing to go above and beyond for meeting and bonding with the right key decision makers or mentors
7. Ability to engage and create, if needed, fun atmospheres and plan attractive meetup events for JVs
8. Able to distill, analyze, and document useful information through the personal bonds built; able to seek mentors and patiently give mentorship to others when needed
9. Understands how to leverage social graphs and degrees-of-separation both offline and online
10. Must be flexible at attending physical events constantly, if needed, to meet the right people; able to obtain US visas
11. Background knowledge of impulse-driven niches is a huge plus; examples include bizopp, weight loss, alternative health, personal development, MLM product development, etc.
