Your role will be:
New requirement analysis and software architecture design proposal
Developing the backend of a systems that process large amount of geospatial data
Developing new features, improving existing algorithms, scaling the system to handle increased additional users and data
Implementation and testing using Java and/or Scala
Your role will be:

Requirements
Your skills set as a Senior Java developer should consist of:
Experience with object-oriented analysis and design
Excellent knowledge in Java and/or Scala
Experience in designing and implementing REST service APIs
Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Akka or Play
Excellent English (spoken and written)
It’s nice to have experience with:
Apache Spark
Hadoop MapReduce
Kafka
Python
GIS, Geographical Data and Toolkits such as JTS, ArcGIS, QGIS, OpenJump etc.
