Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, his/her mission will be leverage technologies solutions as opportunities arise, implement technologies that enable Company’s collaborative and agile ways of working, ensure that data is protected, backed up and meets any regulatory requirements that may exist, ensure that the right contracts with service providers and vendors are in place and provide technical support when required.

Outsourced services management
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities in the organization where technology can solve challenges
Ensure that technology solutions are being utilized to their full potential
Work with teams to simplify and automate processes
IT Support
Roll out new systems when required
Ensure proper configuration, patching and updates
Ensure proper backup & test disaster recovery plan
Implement monitoring and log management to ensure systems performance
Provide 1st tier troubleshooting support
Security, Risk & Compliance management
Ensure that technology implemented does not expose the Company
Understand basic legal considerations for IT security and keep the Company compliant (LOPD / GDPR)
Requirements
Requirements
Computer Sciences / IT Systems engineering graduate, or Technical studies (CFGS/FP) with strong IT experience & knowledge
Experience in IT support and/or administration.
ITIL certification will be a plus.
Strong technical background: Linux, Microsoft technologies, G -Suite, VMware
Fluency in English & Spanish (B2-intermediate level). French (B2) will be a plus.
Competencies: teamwork player, autonomy, responsibility, customer- focused, problem-solver, good communicator.
