On behalf of our client, we are looking for dedicated Italian speaking Customer Support Specialists to work remotely in Portugal!

Responsibilities:
• Assist users through the phone with inquiries and technical support issues,
• Solve issues the customers may face in a proactive way,
• Answer customer’s queries with a courteous & friendly manner,
• Keep up customer service quality goals, compliance regulations & productivity targets,
• Follow the direction of management and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

Requirements:
• Native level Italian as well as advanced English, both verbal and written,
• Strong communication skills, including phone conversation and superior writing and listening skills,
• Great problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
