IT User Access Team Lead

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a IT User Access Team Lead.

The Job.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving the user access management team and continuous improvement program for user access management activities across the globe. The main tasks include:
– Build and lead the Global Access Management team
– To act as an escalation point for all access management issues
– Define, build, implement agreed processes and policies
– Write and maintain processes and supporting documentation
– Support the IT Transformation
– Responsible for line Management of the Access Management function
– Assist in system upgrades and contribute to incident and problem management
– Ad-hock projects

– You have a strong experience in a similar role and have the right people management skills to help a team better performing
– You have excellent English skills
– You have min. 2-3 years of experience in a managerial position (preferably of an IT team)
– You have certifications in ITIL
– You have experience with Service logging tools
– You have proven ability to manage a team and to handle talks simultaneously
– You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– You are solution oriented and motivated
– You have a positive mindset with a hands-on attitude
– You are able to troubleshoot and delegate tasks
