IT Support Analyst (Swedish/Finnish/Danish)

Our client is a multinational company providing outsourcing, information technology, and business consulting services. The office in the center of Brno has been growing very significantly since 2016 and the company is now looking for ambitious talents ready to grow together with the company.

The Job.

You will be responsible for assuring the most effective solutions to clients by providing 1st level professional technical support. Main tasks include:
– Remote resolution of IT problems related to end users’ devices, network, and applications
– Identify and manage the root of technical incidents
– Classify and prioritize the requests
– Assure right escalations to other technical teams
– Keep constant communication with the client during the resolution process

Requirements

Your Profile.

– Swedish, Finnish or Danish and English on a business level (spoken/written)
– You have strong communication and listening skills
– You are a good problem-solver
– You are interested in the further development of IT skills
– Any previous IT support experience or IT certification will be considered as a plus
