IT Projects Co-ordinator

e are seeking to recruit IT Projects Co-Ordinator with one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be the one who defines the requirements of a project, lays out a blue print for the whole project including the project scope and parameters. What is expected of you?

Ensure in charge of managing the project’s technical delivery end to end, from the business analysis phase to deployment in production and operations
Ability to develop project plans from project initiation to project closure and commits to project milestones
Be able to account for the delivery (scope / quality) until the deployment according to the project plan
Be able to coordinate with all technical stakeholders, both external clients and internal
Ensure liaise with other Managers to allocate the resources based on the projects and to schedule resources required to successfully deliver projects.
Able to in charge of the system design, during the study and Development phases
Be able to provide regular status update to management and assist in KPI measurement and reporting
Assist in the creation of technical estimates and in providing feedback for commercial quotes
Ensure liaise with clients including any necessary on-site visits
Be able to refine the project plan as it moves along if required
Prepare complete, accurate and detailed cost estimates
Be a liaison / main reference point between software companies, project team, management and IT

A relevant qualification in IT and/or any Business-related topics
Excellent experience from successful team collaboration
Ability to drive customer and team player with strong interpersonal and customer facing skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, process and detailed oriented, a self-starter who is highly motivated to obtain goals and results
At least 3 years working experience in an SQL development environment
Experience of business-critical web development in a 24/7 business
Knowledge of JIRA (optional but desirable)
Knowledge of MS Projects and Visio (optional but desirable)
