GCS Recruitment is searching for an IT Helpdesk & Customer Support Agent to work with one of the leading software companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Ensuring great customer service is always provided
• Establishing and maintaining positive client relationships
• Carrying out problem management and end-to-end problem ownership
• Conducting testing on future software updates
• Identifying and suggesting possible improvements on procedures
• Creating tickets for issues and bugs
• Providing client-based full training of the software
• Occasionally participating in scheduled off-shift support

Requirements

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field would be considered an asset
• Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal
• Professional and proactive attitude with eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Knowledgeable in both the Maltese and English language is essential
• Well organised and a skilled multitasker
• Team player
