IT Architect

Within this challenging role, you will be part of the IT Services team (ITS), responsible for managing the technical delivery of solutions such as ECM (Enterprise Content Management). HR, etc. Additionally, the IT Architect also leads internal and external developers that develop and add functionality, such as Self Service Portal and various interfaces.
Responsible for input on strategy, technology and solutions such as ECM, HR and more; to improve overall customer experience
Assist in ensuring solutions and services meet business needs and requirements and, in partnership with business analysts, other IT Services (ITS) and business units, continually evolve to meet emerging requirements

Vendor management
Responsible for solution technical roadmap
Resource planning of engineering staff and developer activities
Ensure engineered solutions are properly documented, tested, and operate efficiently and effectively
Ensure compatibility with ISO requirements (especially in regard to source code management and testing)
Monitors production availability and performance of systems and services (includes high availability and disaster recovery) in conjunction with IT Infrastructure
Assist in ensuring internal and external Information Security requirements are met for solutions and services
Support the continual improvement of ITS internally, with the goal of being viewed as partner of choice by our supported businesses

Requirements
4 to 6 years of professional experience as IT architect or equivalent, preferably within the financial industry
University degree in computer science or equivalent
Proven practical experiences in programming/developing (Microsoft Stack)
Very good knowledge and programming ability in T-SQL (MS SQL) and in PowerShell
Experienced in various Application Programming Interfaces (API), especially REST API
Profound knowledge of Web services (WCF, SOAP)
Good knowledge about Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), especially source code management
Good knowledge about MS Team Foundation Server and Git
Knowledge about ISO standards (ISO 27001)

Excellent spoken and written in English is required, German knowledge is a plus
