Information Security Officer

We are currently looking for an Information Security Officer to join our client’s growing Compliance team!

Responsibilities:

Work with Internal Audit and Outside Consultants on required security assessments and audits
Assist with regulatory security compliance projects
Assist in the design of the security architecture of the systems and their security requirements
Assist with drafting the security and resilience requirements for corporate systems
Periodically perform assessment and security compliance checks, including network penetration testing, and vulnerability scans
Review and follow up on issues identified through security assessments
Assist with maintenance of information security policies and procedures, SOPs, and GDPR related documentation
Assess and investigate security information and events logs
Deliver information security training, awareness, and guidance to employees to raise security awareness and improve security performance
Carry out Security Incident Management and Response, and maintain the relevant playbooks
Stay abreast of what is going on in the Cyber World relating to Information security and Cyber Security Risks
Support the organization with security incident response outside office hours on some occasions

Requirements:

An Experienced Information Security officer that can contribute to the group and that requires minimal supervision – Experience within the iGaming industry Preferred
Strong experience in a similar role within Information Security, including handling information security incidents and events, investigations, and response
A related degree and/or equivalent certification in Information Security / OCSP, CSISSP, or CEH certifications would be considered an asset
Experience carrying out Penetration Tests and Security audits
Experience with Endpoint protection solutions, Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Prevention Systems, Firewalls, Vulnerability Assessment tools, Security Information Event Management solutions, Application security and Vulnerability management
Experience with security services for Cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
Good working knowledge of ISO 27001
Working knowledge of OWASP and CIS and of ISO 31000 and ISO 22301 considered an asset
Able to work proactively to improve cyber security defence posture
Experience with automating processes
Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
Work under your own initiative and also work well within a team
Fluent English Language Skills
