Inbound Sales Agent (Dutch/ German)

For their client Dyson, a British world leader engineering company that designs stylish and innovative products such as vacuum cleaners, hand dryers, bladeless fans, and heaters, they are looking for outgoing and pro-active German speaking candidates to join their international and fast growing Sales Support Team. Take part of an exciting project in the center of Barcelona!

The Job.

In this job you have the responsibility to handle customer telephone calls and inquiries via mail and do cross-selling and upselling
– Complete registrations of new product purchases
– Be on the lookout for potential opportunities and promote the new launched products
– You will be trained on providing guidance in solving product issues and if necessary you will arrange field engineer visits and arrange self-fix repairs
– Communicate company policy regarding guarantee and service aims to customers
– Ensure a high level customer satisfaction
– Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers
– Provide an excellent standard of professional customer care
– Being able to work in other areas of the business when the need arises

– You are a native German speaker and have an excellent level of English

The Offer.

– Salary in line with market conditions: up to 18.000 Euro/year + bonus up to 7.200 Euro/year + Spanish classes provided + discounts at local bars and restaurants
– Working hours with rotation shifts: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm; Weekends: 8 am – 6 pm
– 2 weekends off/ month
– 39 hours/ week; 5 days/ week
