Essential Job Functions:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients;
* Ensure that every customer receives great service;
* Follow up on unresolved cases and make sure that all cases are closed on time;
* Achieve targets and follow the company’s established procedures.

* Advanced level of German, Turkish, French, Italian & English;
* Flexibility and good soft skills;
* Good computer literacy;
* Availability to work on flexible shifts.
