IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL

Your Role:
As In-House Legal Counsel, you will independently work on diverse legal matters with a focus on corporate, international business and commercial, labour & IT law. You will work in an international environment and will be the contact person for legal questions for executives and employees of the group.
Main Responsibilities:
• Legal advice and support for all departments in Barcelona and abroad
• Preparation, examination and negotiation of international contracts focusing on corporate, international business and commercial, labour & IT law
• Monitoring of the legal aspects of complex projects during both the negotiation and implementation phases
• Interface and coordination between lawyers and external (legal) consultants
• Development of cross-location legal standards

Your Profile:
• Completed law degree (law or business law)
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a commercial law firm or in the legal department of a company, preferably in the corporate environment
• Specialization in the areas of corporate, commercial and IT law as well as good business understanding
• Negotiation skills and capability of interfacing management and dealing with different stakeholders
• Good analytical skills and a pragmatic approach with an execution-oriented mindset

• Languages: Spanish & fluent English (both written and spoken). German is a plus.
