- Responsible for the recruitment process
- Develop new suitable recruitment strategies
- Responsible for ad placements and – designs on different media
- Help to perform Telephone and face two face interviews with the HR Management
- Develop new recruitment channel
- Analyze recruitment trends and bring them in into the daily job
- Find suitable candidates on social media platforms and approach them directly

Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruitment position between 1-2 years
- German as mother tongue
- Fluency in English language (writing and oral) is a must
- Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
