Job Description

Alphanumeric is hiring a Help Desk Analyst to join our English speaker team supporting our global client's services. You must be located in Portugal and be FLUENT in English. Our office is based in Tagus Park.

This is a Monday to Friday position, working from home. Working hours: Mon to Fri - 1pm to 10pm (1h break)

Requirements

This is what we expect from you:

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or equivalent customer service position focused on technical support
· MUST be fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Provide Service Desk support to external customers and users mainly in Windows Operational System
· Receive, document and track all incoming customer/user calls for immediate remedy and closure
· Unlock and reset passwords for user accounts
· Escalate issues to the appropriate department and personnel
