Head of Trust

Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Head of Trust, with the ability deliver an exemplary customer experience, in addition to managing operations, processes, risk and compliance.

What is expected of you?

Oversee client payments and trust distributions and provide approval when necessary
Review and supervise proper recording of financial transactions
Manage client billing and approve payments
Manage customer due diligence and update as necessary
Draft and keep records of Trustee resolutions and company resolutions
Liaise with banks and investment managers
Assist with the development of policies and procedures relating to trust administration
Assists the directors with overseeing all processes relating to risk assessment, money laundering and compliance to minimise risk
Oversee the processing of trustee resolutions
Maintain the Compliance Manual as it relates to corporate secretarial matters
Prepare and maintain registers of clients and ultimate beneficial owners as required
Manage on boarding processes for new clients
Manage and monitor all fees administration processes
Supervise, manage and develop staff, by providing guidance and motivation
Manage the daily activities, set goals, targets and objectives for staff and monitor and measure achievements
Conduct staff performance reviews

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

An understanding of the overall goals, budgets and growth projections of the Company
Proficiency in trust law and administration, record keeping and documentation
Able to manage, motivate and develop staff
Able to multitask
Good client service skills
Methodical and accurate
