Head of Sports Product (ref 7987)

One of our clients are setting up a Sportsbook department and are looking for an experienced Sports Product professional to define, build, and lead their Sportsbook Product vertical. You will be reporting to the CPO.

We are looking for a mega sport enthusiastic, with a clear passion for sports and a proven understanding of the entire Sportsbook environment and product flows.

Responsibilities:

Establish, Own and Lead the Sportsbook product vertical and team
Identify and evaluate potential sportsbetting platforms towards internal integration
Merge the sports product into their core products and define the relevant user and data flows
Define a new frontend client through best practices UI/UX and updated data driven user flows
Work closely with the Sports business to define and manage the company’s sports offering
Own the Sportsbook product development plan and prioritization
Monitor the product performances and KPIs to ensure product success and customer’s satisfaction
Maintain up to date knowledge on competitor’s behavior, market offerings and new initiatives in order to ensure that their product is up to date and innovative

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a senior sports product manager or head of products sports or similar role within the iGaming industry
An overall 5+ years experience in product management
Experience managing sports products in multi-vertical companies
Experience developing Sportsbetting web sites
Solid technical background of software development life cycle and web technologies
Experience with US market an advantage
Experience with Mobile applications an advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate at all levels of the organization.
Fluent English language skills
Highly motivated and target driven with proven experience of working towards achieving individual and team targets
