What is expected of you?
Lead the Legal Team
Monitor and mentor the Junior Lawyers
Prepare internal and external legal documents and agreements
Licencing of investment companies
Advise internal departments on day-to-day issues, covering a number of factors, such as: employment law, data protection, regulatory matters etc.
Developing new service lines and implementing best practice in service delivery
Remaining updated with changes in legislation which might affect the Firm and its clients

Requirements
What are you expected to bring?
A Law degree with a Maltese warrant
5 years’ experience in the corporate services sector
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
Meticulous and motivated
Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset
