Head of Enforcement

What is expected of you?

Ensure thorough and timely investigation of different cases, consistent with the organisation’s enforcement strategy and legal framework
Deliver enforcement strategies
Examine records and documentation related to the Enforcement function
Effectively manage operational and capital expenditure budgets
Develop internal procedures that are required for effective enforcement
Prepare and plan enforcement workloads for the team, whilst keeping in mind the set KPIs
Ensure compliance and effectiveness all throughout the investigations and can develop the necessary disciplinary measures against non-compliant practices
Attend general management functions, meetings and participate in the recruitment process
Build a strong network of relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
Handle any other duties as assigned by management

What are you expected to bring?

In-depth knowledge and relevant experience in law enforcement, especially that which supports the financial services markets
Excellent communication skills and a proven record of engaging with multiple stakeholders
Articulate and able to develop strategies
Decision-making skills and able to work under pressure.
A degree in Law (LL.D) and/or Accountancy / Banking & Finance or in another finance related background.
A minimum of 8 years working experience in a senior role.
