Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a Head of Corporate Services, for one of our clients, a leading provider Audit, Accountancy and Legal aid. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at ceek would love to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Possess a flair for business development as well as a capacity to introduce clients to the wider array of service lines
Guide the department in becoming a leader in the development of corporate administration infrastructures
Apply the core principles and practices of good corporate governance and ensure the highest integrity corporate success coupled with economic growth
Oversee the administration, timely billing, fee collection, management of debtors, review of complex client structure and other duties
Be an active leader in order to structure and further develop the department
Implement and drive strategic goals within the department while setting and achieving key performance targets for the team
Identify market opportunities and manage the complete client onboarding cycle
Support and work closely with other entities within the company to ensure a seamless flow of information and work practices
Monitor legislative developments related to the Corporate Services sector and strategically implement changes
Mentor and develop, on a personal and professional level, members of the team
Establish good relations with various stakeholders including the Malta Business Registry

Requirements
What are you expected to bring?
Eight to ten years’ experience in a senior management role within the field of Corporate Services and a master’s degree, or equivalent, in business or a related field
A proven track record in client relationship management and managing diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment
Strong verbal and written skills in English and Maltese
A combination of decisiveness and sound judgement
Eight to ten years’ experience in a senior management role within the field of Corporate Services and a master’s degree, or equivalent, in business or a related field
A proven track record in client relationship management and managing diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
