Head of Casino

One of our established clients in Malta are looking for a Head of Casino who will be responsible for planning and delivering the casino product strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business.

We are looking for someone extremely experienced and passionate about casino product with a track record of managing and developing an online gaming product. The Head of Casino will work closely with the CPO to help shape the future of their online casino products and define the casino roadmap and contribute to the delivery of the best casino products.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the casino product and games delivery team
Work closely and collaborate with internal teams to deliver agreed plans that will aid the business in delivering on its strategy
Foster a learning and development culture within the team to ensure ongoing personal improvement of team members and the team as a whole
Ensure product management and best practices are adhered to at all times
Drive innovation by encouraging innovative thinking within the product team and across stakeholders
Manage third party supplier relationships at a strategic level

Requirements:

Extensive experience in a similar role
Experienced leader with a strong track record of building and leading high performing teams; Who will motivate and inspire your team with a hands on approach
Experience in managing and developing an online gaming product
Strong knowledge on online casino and able to adapt to market and technology trends
Have a meticulous eye for improving user journeys and the overall user experience
Comfortable in a complex and ever-changing environment
Have a strong financial and commercial acumen
A forward thinker with a passion for delivering the highest quality
Fluent English language skills
