Job Description
Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
Build product analytics tools
Create impactful growth/go-to-market plans and timelines by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Conduct user research and lightweight tests to scope and prioritize product initiatives
Build products and features which focus on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement of preexisting users
Design, develop, audit and improve funnels across products
Develop client alpha/beta programs and launches
Requirements
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Proficiency in growth and digital marketing methods and tools
Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
BA/BS degree in Design, Data-Science, Software Development, Product Management, Marketing or a related field
Extended experience with web/app/mobile/e-commerce projects
A proven working background as a Software Project/Product Manager or Scrum Product Owner
Experience in implementing project management tools and practices
Nice to haves:
Proficiency in data science
Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company
