5 years’ experience in a complex and multinational organization with a passion for data.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities
Partner with Finance on budget and forecast exercises to provide accurate data and liaise with local HR.
Headcount reporting and forecast consolidation, Headcount Dashboard production and analysis, Headcount process improvement and analysis YOY, HR KPI reporting and analysis and Employees cost reporting.
Subject Matter Expert on workforce Management Information Systems (SAP) and business data and analytics (FTE/ headcount and related forecasts and expenses, workforce structures, diversity, learning, recruiting, compensation, performance management).
Manage and provide best practices analytics that drive decision making.
Participate to some key transversal projects depending the experience of the incumbent: payroll outsourcing (ADP), Intranet, distribution list, etc.

5 plus years’ experience in controlling and analytics, with a focus on HR.
Ability to provide valuable performance analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders on a timely basis.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP and Success Factor.
High level of English.
