Job Description
One of our established iGaming operator clients are looking for German speaking Customer Support Advisors to join their Customer Service team in Malta! You will be assisting players globally with various queries such as login, verification, payments and betting queries via live chat, email and telephone. Our client is looking to hire candidates who are passionate about delivering high quality service whilst working in a fast paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to our customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email
- Review and escalate queries from customers to superiors when required
- Liaise with other internal teams to review queries from customers regarding several topics including payments, technical issues, - verification or betting queries
Requirements
- Fluent verbal and written communication in German and English
- Experience in a customer facing role or online
- Passionate about delivering outstanding Customer Service
- Able to problem solve and find solutions efficiently
- Competent literacy and numeracy skills
