German speaking Customer Support Agent

Job Description

A customer Service agent is the key to a successful online operation, the agent is the link between the customer and each department. As a company we like people with that little extra and we want to communicate that to our players so they feel a part of our little family and that they feel they are in good hands.

Role and Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered.
Answering customer’s enquiries via phone, email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards.
Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.
Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them with phone verification of players and other form of tasks.

Requirements

Requirements
Excellent in written communication in both English and German.
Experience from online gaming is a plus
Personal skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Structured and organised.
Takes initiatives and completes tasks.
Performs well under pressure.
