The Role:
• Working within a friendly, fun and creative team, helping customers with their queries;

• Providing top notch service to the customers, with superb communication levels;
• Directing positive energy to all chats and emails, assisting customers with their queries;
• Sharing improvement ideas as well as valuable feedback to other team members and team leaders.

Requirements

What we want from you:
• An interest and willingness to learn more about iGaming products;
• An analytical approach to problem solving and ability to tackle more complex issues;
• Flexibility to work shifts – including weekends and public holidays;
• Previous experience within a similar field – hospitality, retail, online support;
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, service minded attitude and be a team player;
• Any additional languages are considered an asset.
