German speaking Customer Service Agent

Job Description

Our client, an established iGaming operator with offices in Malta, is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team.

Duties:

Working within a friendly, fun and creative team, helping customers with their queries
Keeping up to date with new offer, campaigns and services set by the company
Becoming an expert when it comes to iGaming products offered by the company, different brands and services
Providing top notch service to the customers, with superb communication levels
Directing positive energy to all chats and emails, assisting customers with their queries
Sharing improvement ideas as well as valuable feedback to other team members and team leaders
Occasional side tasks like translations, keeping the knowledge base fresh and up to date.

Requirements

Requirements:

Fluent level of spoken and written German
An interest and willingness to learn more about iGaming products
An analytical approach to problem solving and ability to tackle more complex issues
Flexibility to work shifts – including weekends and public holidays
Previous experience within a similar field – hospitality, retail, online support
Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, service minded attitude and be a team player
Any additional languages – a plus
