Job Description
Our client is a well-know sports betting operator currently expanding their digital marketing team based in Warsaw, Poland. They are looking for a well-seasoned digital performance marketing guru having all round skill set and experience working with programmatic campaigns.
Responsibility:
Creating, improving and implementing company’s digital strategy on new markets;
Developing present digital touchpoints;
Defining and looking for synergies between key digital performance channels;
Supporting Media Manager in analytics development;
Negotiations with media vendors;
Driving campaigns across multiple channels with the use of different platforms, partners and sources (incl. PPC, display, social media, retargeting platforms, agencies etc.),
Setting, tracking, reporting and interpreting campaign KPIs;
Recommending and managing media budget,
Cooperating with various internal partners,
Driving digital innovation;
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 5-6 years of experience in digital performance field;
Proven expert role in at least one of the areas: SEM, programmatic, performance media;
General experience in campaign management using programmatic, paid social, Google Ads, media networks;
Thorough understanding of online marketing and analytics,
Understanding the characteristics of performance and canvassing activities,
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdForm platform (nice to have);
Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint),
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task,
Experience in offline media more than welcome;
Highly developed analytical skills, strong self-motivation with creative and proactive approach,
Fluent English language skills.
