German Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Our client is a new, young and dynamic Online Casino focused on delivering top quality solutions & innovative features to their players. They are looking for German speakers Customer Support Agent to build the team!

Responsibilities:
• Acting as a first point of contact between customers and the brands
• Providing first line support to customers via email and live chat
• Ensuring the highest level of support is delivered to customers per agreed standards
• Aiming to resolve all issues at first contact
• Undertake any other administrative duties that will directly improve customer experience and add further value to the team and the company
• Support in the creation of new and engaging content and constantly improving all brand content

Requirements

Requirements:
• Native fluency in German (especially written) and strong command of the English language
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment (ideally with Gaming)
• Great and open personality and can work on their own initiative
• People who want to progress
