Job Description
We are currently recruiting for our International Client, based in the Greek capital, German speakers for CUSTOMER SERVICE positions.
THE ROLE:
Handling inbound calls from existing customers and providing support on different matters (after sales, deliveries, order status, etc.) in German and English;
Identifying and solving, in timely manner, issues related to the product and/or services offered;
Customers relationship management through effective and exhaustive communication, using multiple channels (phone, email, chat);
Up-selling, where possible, maximising the sales of the product and/or services offered.
REQUIREMENTS:
German fluent;
Excellent English;
Good communication skills;
Excellent use of PCs and web tools (email, word, excel, chat, etc.), familiar with modern technologies and the use of smartphones;
Ability to work under pressure and handle stress situations;
WHAT IS OFFERED:
