For one of our client we are searching for- Gaming Support Specialist with English or Turkish or German or Polish or Romanian or French.
Responsibilities:
* Responds to customers inquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. Provides information and troubleshoots to solve customer problem;
* Knowledge of games and an ability to deliver great customer support;
* Providing support via e-mails and chat sessions in a prompt, professional and friendly manner;
* Following client documented call flows, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Fluent in English or Turkish or German or Polish or Romanian or French;
* Positive attitude;
* Must be detail-oriented and creative;
* Enjoy playing game as a hobby;
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
