Recommend system solutions comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development

Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in Front-end Development
Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6)
Good understanding of design and architecture patterns
Knowledge of JavaScript Libraries and Frameworks like Angular, React, Redux
Experience in automation testing
Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
Experience in the banking sector will be a great advantage
