Job Summary

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company, and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered promptly, with high quality.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support company's philosophy and company culture on a daily basis to ensure client satisfaction and our Mission to provide Mind-Blowing service!
Greet guests and provide tours and information, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Answer phones and customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments, complete detailed and accurate intake notes, and ensure client confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate with massage therapists and staff as needed on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Must have excellent phone etiquette, be organized, able to multi-task and prioritize while handling a high volume of calls
Must have a pleasant voice and outgoing personality
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
