Job Description
The main responsibilities include:
• Carrying out outbound sales to potential leads
• Handling and managing customer inbound calls
• Answering customer inquiries regarding products or services
• Implement best practices in sales programs
• Promoting the company’s services as well as products
• Being in control of continuous relationship management
• Cooperation with existing clients
• Meeting targets and deadlines, within a goal-orientated environment

• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Russian and/or Spanish is necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-orientated with a strong will to succeed
• Proven experience in Forex / binary options / gaming
• Minimum 1-year experience in online sales and/or telemarketing
• Team player
• Responsible
• Persuasion skills
• Punctual and dedicated
