Your new company
Our partner is an American manufacturer and marketer of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance and hair care products. They have a newly established contact centre in a premium office building in the hearth of Budapest, close to some of Budapest’s most important governmental institutions.
Your new role
As a French speaking Customer Advisor you will work as part of a team providing advice and support to online and instore consumers, over the telephone or email, providing an excellent ‘high touch’ service at all times.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Communicate with consumers by telephone, email, and in writing
- Provide advice, answer questions and promote luxury brands in every interaction
- Place orders, resolve technical queries
- Undertake associated administrative activities
- Maintain and update product related information, marketing, promotional events, pricing
- Liaise with various internal teams to ensure knowledge is maintained and current on brands, products, marketing, promotional events and pricing
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and French
1 year experience in customer service/ contact centre
Customer-oriented attitude
Computer skills (MS Office)
