Job Description
As a French Advisor for a Retail Project, you will advise our customers on the best products and pet accessories in the available catalogue. Our client is the largest pet food company in Europe.
Offer first-class support to clients;
Become a specialist in our Client’s products and services;
Provide customer support via phone and email;
Work on continuous improvement for client satisfaction.

Requirements
Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
Currently living in Lisbon.
