For one of our clients – a company that operates in the freight services in North America - we are looking for a Freight Coordinator with fluent English (home based position). The position is home-based.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Provide support to dispatchers and drivers within the company;
* Track shipments on various platforms and keep details up-to-date;
* Provide information to drivers regarding load requirements;
* Ensure a smooth delivery process from start to finish;
* Reply to customer inquiries regarding shipment status;
* Escalate cases whenever necessary and assist with providing solutions to possible issues;
* Keep closely in touch with drivers and build relationships with clients;
* Follow the company’s standards and procedures.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in English;
* Good PC literacy;
* Proactivity and multitasking skills;
* Great communication skills;
* Interest in the field of freight services;
* Ability to work independently.
