It’s a calm and lazy Sunday night. You are sitting on the sofa and dreaming about your favourite Italian pizza or the sushi from your favourite restaurant. The only thing holding you back is your lack of motivation to get up, get dressed and go all that way to the restaurant…
If this ever happened to you, you might well understand the hype about food delivery Apps and companies these days. Why not be part of this constantly growing industry?
Just switch your side and become the one supporting and helping the people in that Sunday-struggle. As a food delivery expert, you make sure all the deliveries processes work out fast and convenient. You will communicate via phone, email and live chat.
But why would you leave your own sofa, go to Lisbon and care about other people’s meal orders?
First of all, you will have a convenient start, promise! Let’s suppose you received your job offer and you move to Lisbon. You will have a personal pick up from the airport that brings you directly to your new home. You’re lucky! You don’t have the stress of searching an accommodation beforehand as the company provides rooms in shared flats.
Once you are settled down a bit, your first day at work starts with a training of 4 weeks where you get to know all the information you need when you have your first customer contact.
If you think you will feel lonely in the first days, don’t worry, you will make friends with a lot of international colleagues. Just socialize at the company’s organized events such as parties, workshops, language lessons or sports activities, all provided for free.
If you like the idea of going abroad but you are not sure if Customer Service is the right thing for you? You should still go and join their team. Take the position as a possibility to get in the company and then grow with them and become a team leader, a first-line manager or even a recruiter.
Requirements
The Offer.
You might need some more information regarding the contract conditions, so please find some quick facts here:
– A contract for one year, but renewable afterwards
– Salary conditions:
with accommodation included: 850€ gross/ month
without accommodation included: 1080€ gross/ moth
– Working hours: full time (40h/week, Mon-Sun, 8 AM- 3 AM in rotating shifts)
– Flight reimbursement after 9 months in the company
– Yearly flight ticket to visit your family in your home country (Europe)
– The training period is paid with 50% of your gross salary
