FINNISH SALES AGENT

The roles offered is either to promote and sell company products reaching out customer leads through cold calling using at the best results driven selling skills and/or as Customer Success Agent/Support officer to follow and become a main reference for the client along all his/her financial activity and performances.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to potential customers while following the company rules
Establish positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members
Continuously improve through feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
Finnish native language
Previous working experience in a similar position as a main advantage;
Microsoft Office package skills and familiarity with CRM practises;
Impeccable customer service skills;
Results-driven, and target-driven attitude;
Strong motivation and desire for growth;
Dynamic and determined personality;
Team working skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
