* making decisions under pressure of time.


* establishes the company's financial and business objectives for the long and short term;
* coordinates the restructuring efforts at the company level;
* makes financial analyzes for each business decision and provides financial counseling to directors from other departments;
* analyzes marketing and trade expenses;
* ensures efficient communication with stock markets;
* Coordinates procurement projects.
