Finance Senior Officer

We are looking for a Finance Senior Officer to join a global financial services third party administration specialist. If you have strong interpersonal skills with a sound knowledge of financial instruments. We want to hear from you.

What is expected of you?

Assist with the preparation of client management accounts
Assist with year-end audits and regulatory reporting
Ensure financial control compliance and oversee all banking procedures
Reconcile all cash movements to supporting documentation.
Review monthly bank reconciliations.
Lead and Supervise all Finance Officers and liaise with other client service providers
Review and provide recommendations for Process Improvement
Supervise and assist in process enhancements and implementation
Provide general administrative services to client companies and assist with the preparation of client documentation and reporting
Provide support to the management team with potential client presentations and new client implementation
Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Three (3) years’ experience working in Finance.
Partially qualified accountant / have finance related qualifications
Proficiency with MS Office applications with expert level in MS Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong Analytical skills
Team player with strong people management skills
