Finance Project Manager (FTC 12 months)

● Facilitate solution design sessions in collaboration with IT & operational process owners
● Create detailed process maps of current & “to be” processes linked to system data flows
● Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
● Develop detailed project plans and track progress
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
● Measure project performance and subsequent reporting at all stakeholder levels
● Where required coordinate vendor review and approval with Sourcing and Legal department for 3rd party service providers
● Assist the international controllership organization with defining a long term global strategy around Fiscal reporting requirements. Ensuring that designed solutions are in line with this strategy
● Report and escalate any challenges, that might potentially impact timelines or cost, to management as needed
● Lead multiple scheduled and ad-hoc projects concurrently

● Proven working experience as a project manager in the Information Technology space
● Previous management of and/or exposure to fiscal reporting/fiscal change projects a distinct plus
● Strong interpersonal, organisational and verbal/written communication skills. Capable of interacting with a diverse group, i.e. executives, managers, business, technical teams and external parties
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills
● Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
● Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
● Able to work under strict, unmovable deadlines
● Good level of exposure to SAP highly desired
