MainResponsibilities:

Communicating with clients via various ways, such as phone, email, chat or social media
Helping clients with different enquiries
Maintaining and updating our database
Helping other teams to improve clients serviceand satisfaction

Excellent English
Good communication skills and quick adaptability to change
Very good computer literacy

Training that is specific to the project
Working on a standard working time – Monday -Friday
Comfortable and modern office
